Right of Revocation for Orders in our Online Shop

Revocation

The customer has the right to revoke, without giving reasons, any contract with Zanier within fourteen days. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day when the customer, or a third party named by him/her who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the last item of an order. To exercise the right of revocation, it suffices to inform Zanier of the respective decision to revoke the contract. A sample form available in the online shop can be used for this purpose. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that notice of the exercise of the right of revocation is sent before the deadline lapses.

Revocation Consequences

In the event of an effective revocation Zanier will immediately pay back, and at the latest within fourteen days from the day when notice of your revocation of this contract was received, all relevant payments received, including standard delivery costs, however not the cost for special or express deliveries. Zanier uses the same means of payment to pay back the customer that the customer used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed. Zanier will not charge for the reversed transaction. Repayment will however only be made after the contracted (return) item is received by Zanier or the customer has provided evidence that the return has been sent back, whichever is earlier.
