RETURN CONDITIONS

How long do I have to return an item?
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the day you receive it.

How can I return an item?
You can return items in their original condition, i.e. unworn, with all labels attached and in their original packaging. Please enclose the delivery note provided.

We cannot accept returns that do not comply with these guidelines.

Pack the items you wish to return and post the consignment to a shipping company and collection point of your choice.

Are there any costs for the return shipment?
Delivery costs: You bear the costs for the return shipment yourself. Shipping costs for returns depend on the respective location. We recommend that you check with your local shipping company for return shipping options.

Product costs: All products are 100% refundable if they are in the same condition as when they were delivered.

Can I exchange an item?
It is not possible to exchange items.

If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, simply return it within 14 days according
to the description above.

If you want to order a different size or a different item, please place a new order.

When will I get my money back?
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that you will receive the money back within a maximum of 14 days, depending on the bank.

What is the return policy?
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse the return of goods that do not
meet the return conditions.
