For mountaineers who quickly get sweaty hands, the ROTER TURM is the optimal companion for climbing tours on rock or via ferrata. The palm made of robust, perforated goatskin provides plenty of breathability. The glove in ¾ cut made of comfortable 4-way stretch material scores with practical details such as a tab on the finger (for hanging on the carabiner) and on the cuff (for easier donning). As with many other models, the product name here also symbolizes ZANIER's connection to its home region of Tyrol: the Red Tower is a mountain in the Lienz Dolomites and is located in East Tyrol - the birthplace and ideal test area for ZANIER's high-quality products.
How do I find my glove size?
You can easily measure your glove size at home. Take a flexible measuring tape or a string. Measure the circumference of your hand above the finger joints with your hand slightly clenched. Convert the result in centimeters to inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm). The inch value then corresponds to the glove size. An example: 20.5 cm circumference is 8.07 inches - so the glove size is 8. By the way, the dominant hand is measured (right-handed - right, left-handed - left).
The Zanier brand is CO2 neutral since 2019. How?
The sustainability philosophy of our family-owned company builds on the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. First and foremost, we work on the reduction and avoidance of emissions. We have already taken on major changes in this area since 2019. Nevertheless, we are only at the beginning of our journey and are constantly working on sustainable processes and materials. All remaining emissions are offset by international climate protection projects. The climate neutrality of our brand – i. e. of all products and the company – is certified by Climate Partner and is fully transparent for consumers thanks to the Climate ID Tracking of ZANIER. In addition, independent organisations such as TÜV, SGS, PwC and others check the exact amount of savings.
